It's Friday and welcome to another week of The Wrap.
Today as I write I feel a bit solemn. As you know by now, yesterday we lost one of the greatest artists who ever lived, Prince. I don't know if it's because he was such a huge part of my childhood or because he was so young, or perhaps because he was the true embodiment of pure talent that I find myself so sad, but I felt the need to share this with all of you as we mourn together...RIP sweet Prince.

Now it's time to introduce you to another fabulous member of the Events Team. This week I would like you to say hello to Lucrecer Braxton.
If you are like me, I wasn't so sure how to pronounce Lucrecer's name but I can make it easy for you - just say Lu. Yup that simple. Now, I will say that on every conference call we have she says "Luuuuuuu-creeee-shuuuuh" when she announces herself - let me tell you, never a dull moment with this gal.
Lucrecer is our Events Programming Manager and that means she is the one who reviews all speaker submissions, vets our speakers, manages content flow, and then oversees all the sessions on site. She has been part of the BlogHer community for 8 years and is very active on Periscope and with her Hello Friend Podcast. Lucrecer has three kids and is currently living in Ohio. Make sure to say hi when you see her running around the conference!
